FIELD: powder metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to powder metallurgy, in particular to compositions for producing iron-based friction materials. It can be used for friction discs of clutches operating in lubricated conditions. The proposed composition of the sintered powder friction material based on iron for the clutch, containing, wt.%: lead 9-11, tin 1-3, copper 2-4, graphite 8-10, titanium 3-5, iron - the rest.
EFFECT: invention provides a high coefficient of friction, wear resistance, increased stability of the moment of friction forces and resistance of the friction material to the formation of scuffing in the process of slipping.
