FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: following has been proposed: a method of genotyping C and T alleles of TLR2 gene using rs3804100 polymorphism, including DNA extraction from biological material, real-time PCR using a reaction mixture containing a set of nucleotide primers and probes of the following SEQ ID NO: 1–4, amplification, analysis and interpretation of the results, where the presence of C allele of TLR2 gene for rs3804100 polymorphism is determined by assessing the accumulation curves of fluorescent signals through the channel for the FAM fluorophore, and the presence in the biological material of T allele of TLR2 gene for rs3804100 polymorphism is determined by assessing the curves accumulation of fluorescent signals through the channel for the R6G fluorophore. A set of primers for implementing the claimed method is proposed.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to detect rs3804100-C and rs3804100-T alleles of TLR2 gene in samples of biological material using real-time PCR.
