SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, it can be used to determine and count the number of copies of the insertion of the structure of interest in the studied population of genetically modified cells. Disclosed is a kit for determining the abundance of insertion of the structure of interest into the AAVS1 locus of the human genome in case of a digital droplet multiplex polymerase chain reaction in real time.
EFFECT: disclosed kit provides a high-precision calculation of the abundance of the insertion of the structure of interest in the genetic material.
