SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in the manufacture of chemically resistant casing pipes. A method for producing a composite pipe by winding using a binder based on dicyclopentadiene (DCPD) includes the preparation of a binder, the introduction of a thermally activated metathesis polymerization catalyst into it, the winding of the product using glass roving and the polymerization of the binder. The binder contains a thickener based on pyrogenic silicon oxide and/or ethylene-propylene rubber soluble in DCPD, a methacrylic monomer containing at least two methacrylic fragments in the structure, a radical initiator based on dialkyl peroxides, a hydroxy-functionalized olefin monomer, aromatic diisocyanate and DCPD. After the winding is completed, stepwise heating of the workpiece of the product is carried out for the gradual polymerization of the binder. The resulting pipe is cooled to room temperature and machined.

EFFECT: increase in the mechanical strength, durability and resistance of the resulting composite pipe in aggressive environments and oil.
