FIELD: chemical compounds production.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of chemical compounds in a nanodispersed state, in particular manganese monoxide MnO, which can be used as an effective electrode material for lithium-ion and zinc-ion current sources, as well as antidiabetic and antioxidant drugs. The method includes obtaining a mixture of aqueous solutions of potassium permanganate KMnO4 and an organic acid, followed by filtration, washing, drying and annealing in an inert atmosphere. At the same time, ascorbic acid C6H8O6 is used as an organic acid at a ratio of components, mol: potassium permanganate : ascorbic acid = 1:(1.5-2.5), and annealing is carried out at a heating rate of 3-5 deg/min in a nitrogen flow at temperature 500-650°C for 1-2 hours.
EFFECT: obtaining manganese monoxide without impurities, as well as reducing the duration of the process.
