FIELD: composite materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of creation of high-strength composite materials based on fibrous fillers and epoxy binders, which can be used for sealing of electrical and radio engineering products, including inductance coils, high-voltage discharger coils, low-voltage toroid transformers, throttles, switches, etc. Composite material includes a polymer binder of the following composition: epoxy resin, 4,4'-diaminodiphenylsulfone curing agent, and a thermoplastic modifier, as which a mixture of thermoplastics is used, consisting of polyester sulfone and carding polyarylene etherketone with a phthalide group, as well as a reinforcing filler containing 99.9% of silicon dioxide, which is quartz fabric, at the following ratio of components, wt. pt.: epoxy resin – 100, polyester sulfone – 2.5-10, carding polyarylene etherketone with a phthalide group – 2.5-10, 4,4'-diaminodiphenylsulfone – 29-30, quartz fabric – 200-210.
EFFECT: increase in electrical strength and specific surface electrical resistance of composite.
