SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely, oncology, radiology, ultrasound diagnostics. Puncture, aspiration of the cyst with a thin needle and obtaining a biopsy sample with a cutting needle are performed under ultrasound and stereotactic control. At the same time, in case of detection of bloody cyst contents during cyst puncture and disappearance of visualization of solid inclusions, cyst filling defects, thick, deformed cyst walls, internal cyst partitions. The cyst cavity is filled with air, targeted mammography is performed and, having found a target, in the form of a cyst filling defect, thick, deformed cyst walls and internal cyst partitions, stereotactic mammography is performed. The detected target is positioned, after which one puncture of the skin is performed and a biopsy needle is inserted in the cranio-caudal direction with the orientation of the stiletto notch at the 12 o’clock of the conventional dial. When it is located in the projection of the detected target, a biopsy sample is taken, this procedure is repeated 3 times, and each time the biopsy needle is rotated 90° clockwise with the alternate orientation of the stiletto notch at the 3, 4 and 9 hours of the conventional dial.

EFFECT: method creates optimal conditions for a trepan biopsy of a breast cyst due to the detailing of the X-ray structure and the targeted navigation of the biopsy needle.
