FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: spoon for moulding and simultaneous determination of a prosthetic plane. The spoon consists of a perforated metal mould spoon, an arc for determining the prosthetic plane of the face, a T-shaped pin for determining the pupillary and midfacial line. The spoon consists of a base, a handle, sides, an angle, perforations configured to squeeze out excess mould mass. The sides are bent at an angle to the base and are configured to form the outer edge of the mould. The handle is configured to bend in the same plane with the base to match the perforations and holes of the arc to determine the prosthetic plane of the face for connection with a perforated metal mould spoon. The junction on the handle coincides with the opening of the arc for determining the prosthetic plane of the face to connect the handle of the arc for determining the prosthetic plane of the face with the handle of the perforated metal mould spoon and the T-shaped pin for determining the pupillary and midfacial line. The arc for determining the prosthetic face plane comprises: an occlusal plate, a base, two lateral sides of the arc, arc holes for connection with a perforated metal mould spoon, an arc handle, an arc hole for connecting the arc handle for determining the prosthetic plane of the face with the handle of a perforated metal mould spoon and T-shaped pin to determine the pupillary and midfacial line. All edges of the arc to determine the prosthetic plane of the face are rounded and designed to prevent injury during use. The occlusal plate of the arc for determining the prosthetic plane of the face is connected to the base of the arc for determining the prosthetic plane of the face in a monolithic manner. The dimensions of the occlusal arc plate for determining the prosthetic face plane are: the width at the base of the occlusal arc plate for determining the prosthetic plane of the face is 40 mm, the width of the opposite side of the occlusal arc plate for determining the prosthetic plane of the face is 60 mm, the sides of the occlusal arc plate for determining the prosthetic plane of the face are 50 mm each. Both sides of the arc for determining the prosthetic plane of the face are a continuation of the base of the arc for determining the prosthetic plane of the face. The dimensions of the arc for determining the prosthetic plane of the face are: the length of the base of the arc for determining the prosthetic plane of the face is 160 mm, the distance between the sides of the arc for determining the prosthetic plane of the face in the upper part is 185 mm, the length of the sides of the arc for determining the prosthetic plane of the face is 140 mm, the width of the base of the arc for determining the prosthetic plane of the face and sides of the arc for determining the prosthetic plane of the face is 20 mm, the angle between the base and the side of the arc for determining the prosthetic plane of the face on each side is 105°, the length of the handle of the arc for determining the prosthetic plane of the face is 40 mm, the width of the handle of the arc for determining the prosthetic plane of the face is 30 mm. The holes of the arc for determining the prosthetic plane of the face for connection with the perforated metal mould spoon are located at a distance of 95 mm from the edge of the handle of the arc to determine the prosthetic plane of the face and at a distance of 20 mm to each side from the midline of the handle of the arc to determine the prosthetic plane of the face. The opening of the arc for determining the prosthetic plane of the face for connecting the handle of the arc for determining the prosthetic plane of the face with the handle of the perforated metal mould spoon and the T-shaped pin for determining the pupillary and midfacial line is located on the midline of the handle of the arc for determining the prosthetic plane of the face at a distance of 30 mm from its edges. The T-shaped pin for determining the pupillary and midfacial line is a T-shaped structure made of a rod with a diameter of 5 mm. The length of the T-shaped pin is 100 mm, with a perpendicular pin size of 50 mm on both sides. At the lower end of the T-shaped pin, located vertically, there is a thread for connection with a perforated metal mould spoon and an arc for determining the prosthetic plane of the face.

EFFECT: reducing the time of manufacture of prostheses, providing the possibility of a more accurate determination of the prosthetic plane, low trauma, ease of production without significant material costs.
