FIELD: learning process.

SUBSTANCE: visual and teaching aids used in teaching, in particular in teaching physics. The effect is achieved by a training coil, which includes a portable coil (1) with rolling surface radii R and winding thread r, on the end of which there are explanatory markings of various colours, a base (2) made of a transparent material, an axis (3), an inextensible thread (4) fixed at one end to the surface of a coil of radius r and wound around it. The ends of the coil (1) and the ends of the base (2) are provided with coaxial holes. An axle (3), made in the form of a rod, is freely inserted into these holes, thereby securing the coil (1) on the base (2). The explanatory diagram located at the end of the coil (1) contains explanatory markings: the axis of rotation (5) of the coil (1) passing through its centre of mass, the instantaneous axis of rotation (6), an arbitrary point (7) of the rotating body, the line (8), indicating the direction of the thread tension force F and dividing the end of the coil into two sectors of the segment (small and large), showing the direction of the thread tension force F, corresponding to the direction of rotation of the coil (1), indicators of the directions of rotation (9) and (10) of the coil (1), directions of the vector of the tension force moment (11) and (12) of an inextensible thread (4), critical angleα . Explanatory markings can be located on one end of the coil (1) or on both of its ends, are made in different colours, providing a clear demonstration of the above characteristics, their scientific explanation, both individually, and several at the same time.

EFFECT: ability to indicate the direction of a force to determine the physical process when using a training coil.
