FIELD: recycling and disposal of waste by thermal methods.
SUBSTANCE: article describes a plant for the neutralization of sludge by pyrolysis, it contains a system for aspiration and purification of faecal vapours, hoppers for primary loading, a screw feeder for supplying sludge with a reverse for emergency pumping, a primary hopper with level control, a screw for supplying sludge residue, a pre-drying reactor, a waste flue scrubber gases, heat exchangers, dried sludge supply screw, pyrolysis reactor, ash supply screw with a water jacket, chiller, grease trap, pneumatic ash supply system, discharge hopper, separator, dry cooler, steam screw machine, smoke exhauster, distribution heat exchanger, gas holder, while the system aspiration is functionally connected with the chiller, the chiller is functionally connected with the pyrolysis reactor, the grease trap and the gas tank, the grease trap is functionally connected with the separator and the dried sludge supply screw, the pyrolysis reactor is functionally connected with the pre-drying reactor, the dried sludge supply screw the third heat exchanger and the water-jacketed ash supply screw, the water-jacketed ash supply screw is functionally connected to the pneumatic ash supply system and the first heat exchanger, the pneumatic ash supply system is functionally connected to the unloading hopper, the first heat exchanger is functionally connected to the primary loading hoppers, the second heat exchanger and a sludge feed screw, the second heat exchanger is functionally connected with a distribution heat exchanger, a third heat exchanger, a smoke exhauster, a pre-drying reactor, a sludge feed screw and a steam screw machine, a sludge feed screw is functionally connected with a pre-drying reactor and a primary hopper with level control, a primary hopper with level control functionally connected to the sludge screw feeder with a reverser for emergency pumping, the sludge screw feeder with a reverser for emergency pumping is functionally connected to the primary loading bins, the pre-reactor dryer is functionally connected to the third heat exchanger and the dried sludge feed screw, the smoke exhauster is functionally connected to the flue gas scrubber, the third heat exchanger is functionally connected to the steam screw machine, the distribution heat exchanger is functionally connected to the dry cooling tower.
EFFECT: ensuring structural reliability and increasing efficiency.
