SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for hemostimulation simultaneously with a course of chemotherapy for cancer patients, as well as to reduce the duration of the period of neutropenia and its clinical consequences. A subcutaneous biodegradable implant for delayed hemostimulation of cancer patients consists of a hollow metal cylinder with open ends. The cylinder is made of an alloy of Mg-Zn-Ca system or the Fe-Mn-Pd system, processed by rotary forging or equal-channel angular pressing. The cylinder is made with a diameter of 2 mm, with walls 1 mm thick, 8 mm high and filled with a mixture of a drug based on granulocyte colony-stimulating factor with a gel based on collagen in a 1:1 ratio. The cylinder is completely covered with a layer of polyethylene glycol film.
EFFECT: delayed bioavailability of G-CSF.
