FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to cardiology and rehabilitation, and can be used to predict distance after a six-minute walk test (SMWT) in patients with open cardiac surgery. The initial distance traveled is determined based on the results of SMWT, the duration of cardiopulmonary bypass during the intervention, the patient's body mass index, the strength index of the extensor muscle group of the left ankle joint. Next, the predicted distance SMWT is calculated according to the declared formula.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to simply predict the distance after SMWT in patients with open cardiac surgery by evaluating the complex of the most significant perioperative data.
