SUBSTANCE: invention relates to scrap metal remote monitoring systems. A scrap metal non-magnetic impurities automatic express control system contains a sensor fixture structure connected to a removable frame, brackets along the side walls of the sensor fixture structure contain magneto-resistive sensors, the outputs of which are connected to the controller input with AGCtrl module and the AGCtrl module output is connected to the input of data processing server with AGCore module and a database, in the centre of the upper part there is a hole, in which a removable laser sensor is installed, the laser sensor output is connected to the controller input with AGCtrl module and the AGCtrl module output is connected to the input of the data processing server with the AGCore module and the database, a rotatable video camera, the output of which is connected via a cable line to the input of the video recorder, is installed on the outside in the centre of the upper part of the structure for fixture and sensors, a power supply unit, the data processing server with AGCore module and the database, video recorder and the controller with AGCtrl module are installed in a server cabinet, a current converter, voltage converter and I/O cards are installed in the controller with AGCtrl module.

EFFECT: invention provides possibility to increase accuracy of scrap metal non-magnetic impurities determining.
