FIELD: medicine; therapy.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of medicine, namely to therapy; it is intended for the use in prevention or treatment of constipation. A heterocyclic compound of the formula (I) is presented, as well as following heterocyclic compounds: N-((3R,4S)-3-hydroxytetrahydro-2H-pyran-4-yl)-7-(4-(1-methyl-1H-1,2,3-triazole-4-yl)benzyl)-2,3-dihydrofuro[3,2-b]pyridine-5-carboxamide, 7-(3-fluor-4-((2-methoxyethyl)carbamoyl)benzyl)-N-((3R,4S)-3-hydroxytetrahydro-2H-pyran-4-yl)-2,3-dihydrofuro[3,2-b]pyridine-5-carboxamide, 7-(3-fluor-4-((((S)-tetrahydrofuran-2-yl)methyl)carbamoyl)benzyl)-N-((3R,4S)-3-hydroxytetrahydro-2H-pyran-4-yl)-2,3-dihydrofuro[3,2-b]pyridine-5-carboxamide. In another embodiment, drugs containing these compounds are provided. A method for positive allosteric modulation of a cholinergic muscarinic M1 receptor, a method for prevention or treatment of constipation, using these compounds, and the use of the specified compounds for the production of a preventive or therapeutic drug for constipation are also provided.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides new heterocyclic compounds characterized by positive allosteric modulating activity relatively to cholinergic muscarinic M1 receptor and used as a drug, such as a preventive or therapeutic drug for constipation.
