FIELD: ophthalmology.
SUBSTANCE: it can be used to correct microcirculatory disorders in post-COVID syndrome. To do this, laser Doppler flowmetry is performed in the outer part of the bulbar conjunctiva in the projection of the ciliary body contactlessly at a distance of 2 mm from the surface of the conjunctiva with a probe with an area of 0.19 cm2 radiating a 0.8 μm wavelength, with a depth of 1.5 mm. The average perfusion (M), average perfusion fluctuations (σ) and the coefficient of variation (K) indicators are determined, and are compared with their normal values. With a decrease in M by 16% or more, an increase ofσ by 36% or more, Kv - by 45% or more the congestive hemodynamic type of microcirculation is determined and venotonic and metabolic agents are used systematically, and Hyloparin-Comod and Parin-Pos are used locally in the conjunctival cavity. With an increase in M by 11% or more, a decrease ofσ by 16% or more, and K v - by 25% or more the hyperemic hemodynamic type of microcirculation is determined and an antioxidant and an agents from a drug group improving microcirculation is used, Artelak Balance, Emoxypine and Parin-Pos are used in the conjunctival cavity.
EFFECT: invention allows to determine the type of post-COVID microcirculation disorder in order to select adequate therapy aimed at correcting microcirculation.
