FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely, to ophthalmology and reflexotherapy, and can be used in diagnosing disorders of the microcirculation of the anterior segment of the eyeball in patients with various ophthalmic pathologies. For this purpose, laser Doppler flowmetry is performed using the LAKK-OP apparatus. Laser Doppler flowmetry is therein performed by biologically active points on the right and left: V1 JINGMING, E1 CHENGQI, the third one is the control point located in the superior lateral nasal wall. If the indicators are V1: M=17.02±0.62, σ=1.09±0.04, Kv=6.40±0.27, and at point E1: M=18.0±0.53, σ=1.03±0.05, Kv=5.88±0.26, wherein M (pf.U) is the value of the average blood flow in time interval; σ(pf.U) is the average fluctuation of perfusion relative to M; Kv (%) is the coefficient of variation calculated by the formula: Kv=σ/M*100%, the state of microcirculation of the eyeball is assessed as normal.
EFFECT: most accurate, highly informative, and non-invasive determination of the type of microcirculatory disorders.
