FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to dentistry and maxillofacial surgery and aims at diagnosis of microcirculation disturbances in salivary glands pathology in chronic sialoadenitis. The examination involves laser Doppler flowmetry in biologically active points 5E and 6E on a skin projection and the graphic record analysis of perfusion variation and the calculation of M, σ and Kv factors; and if M=25.30±4.30 pf.un.; σ=1.91±0.56 pf.un.; Kv=7.59±2.03%, the status of salivary gland microcirculation is considered to be normal.
EFFECT: method allows improving accuracy of status evaluation of salivary glands microcirculation by early detection of haemodynamic and microcirculation disturbances associated with chronic sialoadenitis or leading to its development.
