FIELD: storage facilities.
SUBSTANCE: metal pallets that are used to carry out mechanized handling, transport and storage operations in railway, road and water transport, as well as in other industries and in trade for storing a large number of goods or products, moving goods or products inside production divisions and their delivery to the consumer. According to one of the design options, a metal pallet, made by contouring from cold-rolled and galvanized metal, consists of at least two longitudinal supports and a row of transverse beams with bends perpendicular to them, forming a working surface, each longitudinal support is made of an OMEGA profile with a flange, side walls and bends and in cross section it is a trapezoid with a smaller base along the flange line and with a larger base along the bend line, while the side walls of each longitudinal support are made at an angle of 92 to 120 degrees to the profile flange, in addition, the bends of the longitudinal supports are fixed to bends of cross beams. According to the second design option, a metal pallet made by contouring from cold-rolled galvanized metal of all its elements and consisting of strips with bends forming a working surface, and a supporting part, which consists of a number of support beams with a flange and bends, located perpendicular to the strips of the working surface, and support posts placed on at least two extreme support beams and at least at both ends, each support post is made of an OMEGA profile with a flange, side walls and bends and in cross section is a trapezoid with a smaller base along the flange line and with a large base along the bend line, while the side walls of each support post are made at an angle of 92 to 120 degrees to the profile flange, and, in addition, the bends of the support beams are fastened to the bends of the work surface laths, and each support column is fixed with its bends on the flange of the corresponding support beam at the specified location. Cross and support beams can also be made of OMEGA profile with a trapezoidal section, similar to the section of the longitudinal supports. In addition, in each support beam connected to the support posts, an additional stiffener made of an OMEGA profile with a trapezoidal section similar to the section of the support beam itself can be installed closely, and the bends of the OMEGA profile of each support post can be made L-shaped, at the same time, the working surface laths and the elements of the supporting part are mutually fastened with self-tapping screws or traction rivets.
EFFECT: reduction of labour intensity both in the manufacture of pallet elements and during its assembly, reduction of the cost of the product due to the use of uniform profiling lines in the manufacture of all pallet elements, increasing the rigidity and strength of the structure due to the particular configuration of the metal profiles used.
