SUBSTANCE: method for the production of high-viscosity oil includes the construction of production well 2 and an injection well 3 located parallel to production well 2, with the descent of production strings 4, 5 and liner filters 6, conducting geophysical surveys in the horizontal wellbore of injection well 3 to determine oil saturation along the horizontal wellbore, placing in injection well 3 of two strings of tubing, and the end of the tubing string of a smaller diameter is placed at the beginning of the horizontal wellbore, and the end of the tubing string of a larger diameter is in the zone with oil saturation of more than 60%. At the same time, the construction of the injection well 3 is carried out above production well 2 and is carried out in such a way that the lower point of production string 5 of the injection well 3 is at least 3 m horizontally from the production string 4 of production well 2 and in such a way that the lower point of production string 5 of injection well 3 was 2-4 m below the lowest point of liner filter 6 of injection well 3. Carry out controlled injection of steam into injection well 3 through tubing strings of different diameters. Through geophysical studies in horizontal wellbore 2, a transitional zone with a temperature between greater and lesser heating is revealed, from which fluid is withdrawn by an electrical submersible pump. When the liquid temperature drops below the maximum allowable at the pump inlet, the steam injection through injection well 3 is increased, and when the liquid temperature at the pump inlet, the steam injection through injection well 3 is reduced and/or the pump is switched to a periodic operation mode.

EFFECT: reducing the risk of steam and gas manifestations during underground repairs in injection wells, reducing time and transport costs for killing and cooling injection wells.
