FIELD: unmanned aviation.
SUBSTANCE: cable-lifting and other types of load for devices designed for prompt supply of a power cable to an unmanned air vehicle (UAV) and lowering the cable from it. A metered load, a winch with a controller, a cable outlet pipe, a belt and a converter are introduced into the device with a tackle for supplying a power cable to a tethered UAV. The drive shaft is connected by a belt to the pulley of the hoist drum, carrying out the winding/unwinding of the cable, fixed by the top on the drum. The cable envelopes the grooves of the fixed and movable pulley rollers and passes through the opening of the tackle. The end of the cable passing through the tackle hole is connected to a converter located on the UAV frame, the axis of the movable roller through a metered load is connected to the sensitive element of the sensor, which is used to determine the position of the movable roller and transmit information to the winch controller, the sensor casing, the tackle and the axis of the fixed roller are fixed on the winch frame.
