SUBSTANCE: invention relates to photodynamic therapy in oncology, namely to the use of a monocationic chlorine photosensitizer containing one cationic trimethylethylammonium group in the 13 position of the macroheterocycle:

in concentration 2⋅10-7 mol/l at 37°C and at a light dose of 0.66 J/cm2 for photodynamic inactivation of cells of the leukemic line of myeloid origin K562.
EFFECT: increasing the degree of photodynamic inactivation of tumor cells using a water-soluble chlorine monocationic photosensitizer having a high affinity for low density lipoproteins and containing one cationic trimethylethylammonium group in the 13 position of the macroheterocycle.
