SUBSTANCE: claimed technical solution relates to catalysts for dehydrogenation of paraffins into olefinic hydrocarbons (options). The catalyst for the dehydrogenation of paraffins, operating under fluidized bed conditions, contains aluminum oxides, chromium oxides and promoters, while the average volumetric pore diameter of the catalyst is 12-25 nm and the mass fraction of α-Cr2O3 is 0.3-6% of the total amount of oxides chrome. The catalyst for the paraffin dehydrogenation process, operating under fixed bed conditions, contains aluminum oxides, chromium oxides and promoters, while the average volumetric pore diameter of the catalyst is 15-100 nm and the mass fraction of α-Cr2O3 is 0.3-6% of the total amount of oxides chrome.

EFFECT: invention provides the ability to provide high catalytic activity and selectivity in the process of dehydrogenation of paraffins; expanding the arsenal of tools used in the processes of dehydrogenation of paraffins.
