SUBSTANCE: method for measuring the suppression of bacteria by antibacterial agents, a device for counting bacteria and a method for counting bacteria based on detecting the presence of a counting cell module pulse signal using the claimed device are proposed. The method for measuring the suppression of bacteria includes adding an antibacterial agent to the bacteria to be determined, setting it as a mixture of bacteria and drug; while establishing the bacteria to be determined without an antibacterial agent as a positive control; after the first specified period from the time of adding the antibacterial agent, determination of the current number of bacteria in the mixture of bacteria and the drug and the current number of bacteria in the positive control; determining that an antibacterial agent at a given concentration inhibits, partially inhibits or does not inhibit bacteria, based on the ratio of the current number of bacteria in the mixture of bacteria and the drug to the current number of bacteria in the positive control. The bacteria counting device includes a counting cell module, fixedly connected to the sampling module, and a circuit control system for determining the number of bacteria in the sample.
