SUBSTANCE: method for producing a pharmaceutical composition with tacrolimus includes the following: a) heating with stirring glycerol dibehenate in an amount of 1.0–10.0% by weight of the pharmaceutical composition, until a melt is obtained, b) subsequent addition of tacrolimus monohydrate in an amount of 0.3–2.0% by weight of the pharmaceutical composition, to obtain a solid solution, to which magnesium aluminometasilicate is added, to obtain a granulate. Pharmaceutical composition with tacrolimus obtained as described above.
EFFECT: obtaining a stable composition of tacrolimus.
