FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, pharmaceuticals, and biotechnology and can be used for performing detoxification of the body and delivering medicinal substances. For this purpose, nanocomposite titaniums are used as a carrier of a medicinal product and/or as a sorbent for extracorporeal sorption of bodily fluids, wherein the following synthesised minerals are used as titanate: ivanyukite (Na2Ti4(SiO4)3O2(OH)2·6H 2O) and/or LHT-9 (kN2H4·mAl-2O·(Ti1-qMq)(O2-wOH xFy)2-z·nH2O, wherein k, m, q, w, x, y, and z are coefficients from 0.01 to 0.5; n is an integer, 0≤n≤5; A is at least one cation from the group consisting of Na, K, Mg, Ca; M is Al or Fe).
EFFECT: claimed invention allows for production of a new type of carrier of medicinal and diagnostic products, a sorbent for extracorporeal sorption and inactivation of toxic substances; creates new methods in experimental and clinical oncology, traumatology, narcology, and toxicology.
