FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention presented is a protein purification method, including the following in a continuous mode: one filtration stage, including the use of at least one chelating agent, an exchange stage, characterized by the use of a diafiltration membrane, and a “polishing” stage, including the use of a combination of membrane adsorbers, where two membrane adsorbers of the specified combination are orthogonal with mechanism of action point of view. Also disclosed is a kit suitable for purifying protein from solution.
EFFECT: invention allows to obtain a new method for protein purification, mainly using only one buffer, with the possibility of obtaining a high yield of purified molecules with an excellent degree of purity, which allows to use these molecules for medical purposes.
