FIELD: cell biology; oncology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to experimental oncology, and is a method for selecting mitochondria for experimental mitochondrial therapy of melanoma B16-F10. To implement this method, first, heart mitochondria of intact rats are introduced into the B16-F10 melanoma cell culture.
