FIELD: oncology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oncology, namely to experimental oncology, and can be used to study the antitumor effect on melanoma in the experiment. To do this, female and male BALB/c Nude mice are injected subcutaneously under the scapula on the left with a suspension of B16/F10 murine melanoma tumor cells in 0.5 ml of saline at a dilution of 1:20. 24 hours after inoculation of B16/F10 melanoma, mice are intraperitoneally injected with freshly isolated mitochondria from rat liver at the rate of 3.3 mg of protein per 1 animal in 0.3 ml of saline. Further, mitochondrial therapy is carried out according to the scheme for 3, 5, 9, 13, 16, 19, 21 days.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to slow down tumor growth in mice of both sexes, to study the pathogenesis of malignant growth under the influence of the introduction of a mitochondrial suspension and the mechanism of mitochondrial action.
