SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in abdominal surgery for the treatment of hernias of the white line of the abdomen. A method for obtaining a bioengineered graft for plasty of an anterior abdominal wall defect, including the use of a cadaveric aponeurosis of the anterior abdominal wall of a pig. The treatment of the cadaveric aponeurosis of the anterior abdominal wall of the pig is performed with constant stirring on an orbital shaker at a speed of 140 rpm at a temperature of 8–10°C with a 2 vol.% solution of sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) in distilled water with the addition of 45–50 mM ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA) for at least 3 hours, and then the material is washed with distilled water and placed in sterile test tubes at a temperature of 8–10 °C with a 1 vol.% solution of Triton X-100 in distilled water with 20–25 mM EDTA in PBS mixing on an orbital shaker at a speed of 140 rpm, the processing time is at least 3 hours.

EFFECT: invention provides elimination of risks of tissue incompatibility and occurrence of postoperative complications during plastic surgery of anterior abdominal wall defects.
