FIELD: wireless communication.
SUBSTANCE: access and mobility management function (AMF) node delivers the quality of service (QoS) parameter to the access network device to which the terminal device requests a connection, or to the target access network device to which the terminal device requests a service transfer and signalling overhead reduction. The AMF node receives the QoS parameter used for communication over the ProSe 5 (PC5) communication interface of the terminal device, the AMF node saves the QoS parameter; when the pre-set condition is satisfied, the AMF node sends the stored QoS parameter to the first access network device.
EFFECT: simplification of the operation procedure.
