SUBSTANCE: invention is a method for producing an allergen for diagnosing brucellosis in farm animals, including: accumulation of the bacterial mass of a Brucella culture, thermal inactivation and separation of the bacterial mass from the culture medium, alkaline hydrolysis of the bacterial mass, separation of the hydrolysate from the hydrolysed bacterial mass, combining the culture medium filtrate with the hydrolysate, adjusting the protein concentration in the target product to the working value.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain an allergen for an allergic intradermal test in farm animals, to expand the arsenal of methods for obtaining allergens for diagnosing brucellosis in farm animals.
