FIELD: medicine; cardiology.
SUBSTANCE: invention is a drug composition intended for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases. This composition can be used for treatment in the complex therapy of coronary heart disease, chronic heart failure, arterial hypertension, myocardial hypertrophy, rhythm disturbances of various origins, cardioneurosis.
EFFECT: basis of the proposed composition is the sharingβ - adrenoblockers,α2-adrenergic agonists, as well as a nitric oxide (NO) donor, which, when used together, will significantly reduce the effective therapeutic doses of each of the compounds due to a double synergistic effect (β- adrenoblocker +α2-adrenergic agonist andα2-blocker + NO donor), which, in turn, will lead to minimization of possible side effects associated with the intake of these compounds.
