FIELD: construction; electrothermy.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for heating residential and domestic premises. More specifically, the invention relates to an electrically conductive composition. Electrically conductive fuel composition consists of, wt.%: vinyl resin or acrylic-styrene dispersion 20-50; diamagnetic colloidal graphite 20-50; biocide 5-10; distilled water 10-40. The heating panel manufacturing method and the heating panel include said electrically conductive heat-releasing composition.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase technical and operational indicators, increase heat transfer with a decrease in power consumption, and also expand functionality by simplifying the design.
