FIELD: communication technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to receive, display, process (decrypt), transmit and relay target information from unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) of various types and control the target load installed on the UAV via a radio link. The device contains a switching device, a means of satellite navigation, means of cryptographic information protection, an interface device with means of communication of various types - analog and digital, a broadband network-oriented information exchange radio system (BB IER), means of satellite communication, a power supply device, a mobile automated workstation (AWS) of an operator containing a computing device, means of displaying information, technical means of dialogue management, a voice communication device and special software modules.
EFFECT: expansion of functionality of the device, increase of efficiency of processing target and telemetry information from the UAV, increase of the range of communication with the UAV and information transmission, enabling information exchange with the UAV through a broadband network-oriented information exchange radio system (BB IER) in both directions.
