SUBSTANCE: analysis of building materials, erection, inspection, reconstruction and repair of buildings. Method for non-destructive diagnostics of biocorrosion of concrete structures includes obtaining condensate on a cold plate of a Peltier element, sowing a condensate sample on a nutrient medium, followed by temperature control and visual assessment of microflora, and to obtain a condensate sample, the studied surface of concrete structures is moistened with distilled water, kept for 3 hours, free moisture is removed and a cold plate of the Peltier element is applied to the concrete surface.

EFFECT: convenience and simplicity of the method by reducing the complexity of sampling and makes it possible to determine areas with an increased concentration of microorganisms whose vital products lead to biocorrosion of concrete structures.
