SUBSTANCE: method for manufacturing a trigger wheel (10), including the following steps: creating a trigger wheel blank, including a hob (11) connected to the rim (12) by radial spokes (13), and teeth (14) evenly distributed along the periphery of the rim (12), simultaneous machining with a cutting tool (20) located coaxially with the workpiece of the trigger wheel, in order to reduce the section of the free end of each tooth (14).
EFFECT: simplification of the manufacturing process of the trigger wheel while maintaining its overall dimensions and reducing the duration of the manufacturing process.
