FIELD: composite high-modulus materials.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for producing a composite high-modulus elastomer material based on SKD-V butadiene rubber, which can be used as a high-modulus elastomer for the manufacture of rubber products in mechanical engineering, aircraft building, construction, etc. A method for producing a composite high-modulus elastomeric material based on SKD-V butadiene rubber includes pre-treatment of a flexible reinforcing element placed in an elastomeric matrix between elastomer layers with an adhesive, for which purpose the layers of Chemosil 211 primer and Chemosil 411 adhesive are successively applied to the reinforcing element.

EFFECT: resulting composite material has improved strength properties due to increased adhesion between the elastomeric matrix and the reinforcing elements.
