FIELD: polyether industry.
SUBSTANCE: production of structural products for special purposes in additive techniques. A method is proposed for obtaining a sized glass fibre by applying a sizing agent, which is 1.0-3.5 wt.% of an oligomeric sulfone based on 4,4'-dioxyphthalophenone and 4,4'-dichlorodiphenylsulfone, on glass fibre from a solution with a mass concentration of 0.14-0.49% in 1,4-dioxane, followed by a stepwise rise in temperature to 101°C and simultaneous distillation of the solvent, sized glass fibre obtained by the proposed method, and a polymer composition that contains 80 wt.% of the polymer matrix based on polyesterimide and 20 wt.% of the proposed sized glass fibre.
EFFECT: improved thermal stability of the created polymer composition due to the introduction of a sizing component, which increases the wettability of the filler and increases intermolecular interactions between the glass fibre and the polyesterimide matrix.
