FIELD: technical physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related specifically to devices for high-temperature tensile testing of samples, and can be used to test specimens from various materials. The essence of the invention lies in the fact that the device is made in form of halves of a hollow cylindrical body formed by a perforated outer wall and an inner wall. Body halves are installed sequentially along the longitudinal axis. The device includes a lining with internal separators located perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the heating device and designed to limit the heating zones, and is equipped with an additional inner shell and additional airgel thermal insulation that completely covers the outer surface of the lining. Radially oriented ribs are made on the outer surface of the inner wall of the halves of the hollow cylindrical body and the additional inner shell which are evenly spaced around the circumference. The double-circuit cooling system includes external and internal through annular channels communicated with the environment through the corresponding rows of holes in the covers of the housing halves.
EFFECT: creation of a heating device that allows to increase the performance of the device by reducing the overall dimensions and weight of the heating device, provided that the required temperature axial gradient is maintained along the working part of the sample of any geometric shape.
