FIELD: tobacco industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the tobacco industry, namely to an aerosol delivery device. The aerosol delivery device contains at least one casing, in which a reservoir is enclosed, made with the possibility of holding an aerosol precursor composition. The aerosol delivery device contains a nozzle connected to the casing for releasing the aerosol precursor composition from the reservoir. The nozzle contains piezoelectric or piezomagnetic material surrounding a mesh. The aerosol delivery device contains a control component containing a microprocessor connected to piezoelectric or piezomagnetic material and made with the possibility of actuating the specified material to ensure its vibration and to ensure the release of components of the aerosol precursor composition through the mesh and, thus, the production of aerosol for inhalation by a user. Components of the aerosol precursor composition released through the mesh have a diameter of less than one micrometer. The aerosol delivery device contains a transfer element made with the possibility of delivering the aerosol precursor composition from the reservoir to the mesh.

EFFECT: increase in the efficiency of the device in the absence of burning material to form aerosol.
