FIELD: smoking accessories.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to aerosol delivery devices and, in particular, to an aerosol delivery device comprising a reservoir and a spraying unit, which can use electrical energy to evaporate an aerosol precursor composition to form an aerosol. Aerosol delivery device comprises: a casing defining an outer wall, and also including a power supply and a control component; mouthpiece part; part in the form of a container, which includes a reservoir configured to contain a liquid composition; and a spraying unit configured to evaporate the liquid composition for generating an aerosol. Spraying unit comprises a vibration unit, which includes a mesh plate, and a pump unit configured to transfer a portion of the liquid composition from the reservoir to the mesh plate, and wherein the pump assembly is configured to spray the liquid composition directly onto the mesh plate or onto a liquid transfer member which is configured to deliver at least a portion of the liquid composition to the mesh plate.
