SUBSTANCE: invention relates in particular to a taste module intended for joint use with specialized dietary therapeutic and dietary preventive nutrition products. The flavouring food product contains components in the following ratio, %: 50–55 of maltodextrin, 23–25 of soluble dietary fibre, 0.22–0.25 of sucralose, 12–16 natural flavour based on essential oil, 2.8–2.9 of natural flavour based on citrus water extract, containing flavones, 6.4–6.5 of citric acid.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain a functional flavouring food complex with the desired taste characteristics intended to improve the taste of food products and characterized by a low amount of carbohydrates, which is used in diet therapy, as well as for feeding children from one year old.
