SUBSTANCE: environmentally friendly residual seal lubricant, methods for its manufacture and use. The invention relates to building materials used in the construction of tunnels and underground structures. An environmentally friendly lubricant for residual seals consists of wt.%: base oil 15-40, viscosity enhancer 5-20, thickening agent 1-5, adhesion promoter 1-5, hardening agent 3-8, antiseptic 0.01-0.5 and filler 30-50, the method for its production and the use of the obtained lubricant for residual seals in tunnel boring complexes.
EFFECT: development of a sealing lubricant that has high waterproofness and water resistance and ensuring the effectiveness of residual seals, it also meets the requirements in the field of environmental protection and does not cause pollution of groundwater, soil medium and architectural objects.
