FIELD: powder metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to a hard wear-resistant alloy designed to work under difficult conditions of dynamic loading, high contact pressures and speeds. The alloy contains components in the following ratio, in % by weight: nickel - 7.0-20, copper - 0.4-0.6, manganese - 0.9-1.1, the rest is chromium carbonitride. The size of the carbonitride phase is 1-2 mcm.
EFFECT: increased wear resistance of the alloy, which is expressed in an increase in bending strength, hardness and a decrease in the coefficient of friction.
