Stationary sensors have Wi-Fi modules for connecting to access points of the train Wi-Fi network, which consists of a controller that manages access points to which sensor network sensor nodes are connected to collect data on the technical condition of cars, GPS navigation receivers, a train base station on based on a wireless infrared optical modem, connecting the local Wi-Fi train network with stationary base stations operating in the infrared range, installed along the railway track, having access to routers and multiplexers of the road network of the fibre-optic information transmission system for connecting to the switching centre of the monitoring system.

EFFECT: operational technical control over infrastructure objects, such as bridges and tunnels with a change in the operating modes of sensors.
