FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely, cardiovascular and thoracic surgery, and can be used in the treatment of infectious complications arising after cardiovascular interventions. To do this, the entire wound surface is treated daily with air-plasma streams in the sterilization regime for 3–5 days with an exposure of 2–3 minutes for each edge of the operating wound, until the level of bacterial contamination is reduced to 10-5 and below. Then, within 2–3 days, the postoperative wound is treated with air-plasma streams under the biological stimulation regime, followed by closure of the wound with through drainage. Further, the wound is treated through drainage in the biological stimulation mode with exogenous nitrogen oxide with an exposure of 1–2 min daily for 10 days with an exogenous nitrogen oxide volume of 2 liters/minute. Additionally, they are daily exposed to the sterilization regime along the seam line for 3 minutes. Sutures are removed on the 14th day with simultaneous removal of drainage.
EFFECT: method provides effective treatment of postoperative complications, acceleration of repair processes due to the selected sequence and exposure regimes.
