FIELD: construction materials.

SUBSTANCE: production of ceramic and facing products for decoration and construction. The machine tool consists of a roller table, a broaching panel, a drive shaft for broaching panels, coaxial to the bearing rollers, a gear motor. The roller table consists of a rectangular frame made of a metal profile, mounted on a frame with height-adjustable supports and having perforations on the upper shelf of the C-shaped channel on both sides, and bearing rollers evenly spaced inside the frame and fixed on the side shelves of C-shaped channel frame on both sides. The drive shaft of the broaching panels and the gear motor are mounted on a single metal plate attached to the frame with the help of a corner joint and spring-loaded to the frame with adjusting screws on both sides. In addition, the machine contains a loading hopper forming a shaft with side support rollers on a quick-release bushing, a humidifier, a tank with water and an adjustable roller clamp, an adjustable die installed from the inside at the hopper outlet. Loading hopper is a box mounted on the legs and fixed to the frame through the grooves on the legs by means of a bolted connection, having a 1 mm high gap at the inlet in the lower part of the hopper for receiving a broaching panel. The adjustable die provides clearance between the broaching panel and the die blade and is fixed in the desired position by means of a threaded connection. The machine also contains threaded studs, sets of longitudinal blades put on threaded studs, an additional table with a frame, transverse disc blades located on a shaft with two road wheels, attached to the frame supports of the additional table with a bolted quick-release connection. Moreover, the working surface of the broaching panel is pasted over with fiberglass and treated with a reusable anti-adhesive compound, and the forming shaft has a relief surface with a given pattern, is installed on spring anchors, is bolted to the frame and has a quick-release bushing installed inside.

EFFECT: providing a variety of decorative reliefs and sizes of tiles in the manufacture, accompanied by an increase in the speed of replacing machine fixtures and ease of adjustment, as well as an increase in the service life of the machine.
