FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and can be used in agriculture to increase yield of potato minitubers in hydroponic conditions or on peat. Method involves treating plants with a solution of biologically active substances. During adaptation to liquid nutrient medium area of assimilating surface of plants, content of photosynthetic pigments in them and efficiency of crawfish formation by single treatment of root system of plants with solution of 24-epicastasterone in concentration of 0.01–1 nM for 4–5 hours. Also, activity of antioxidant enzymes is increased, and toxic inorganic ions are supplied by treatment of plant root system with solution of 24-epibrassinolide in concentration of 0.01–1 nM for 4–5 hours before salting.

EFFECT: technical result is increase in potato plant productivity both under normal growing conditions and under action of chloride salinity.
