SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to means of targeted delivery of drugs to target cells. Disclosed is a pharmaceutical composition of chlorin e6 in the form of phospholipid nanoparticles less than 40 nm in size for photodynamic therapy in the treatment of oncological diseases, including a specific peptide with an NGR motif and a penetrating peptide R7, which is heptaarginine, and a method for its preparation.
EFFECT: pharmaceutical composition has increased cell-permeability, high cytotoxic and photoinduced activities.
