FIELD: environmentally friendly degradable products.
SUBSTANCE: inorganic degradable plastic master batch used to obtain various environmentally friendly degradable products and a method for its production. Material of inorganic degradable plastic master batch contains the following components: calcium carbonate mineral powder in the amount of 56-72% by weight, polyethylene in the amount of 3-10% by weight, polypropylene in the amount of 18-30% by weight, fiberglass in the amount of 2-5% by weight and additives in the amount of 2-5% by weight, and the ratio of the mineral powder of calcium carbonate with different particle sizes in the above mineral powder of calcium carbonate with a mass fraction of 56-72% are: 5-15% through mesh 230 with particle diameter controlled at 65-60 mcm; 5-15% through mesh 250 with particle diameter controlled at 60-55 mcm; 5-15% through mesh 300 with particle diameter controlled at 55-50 mcm; 20-40% through mesh 400 with particle diameter controlled at 50-35 mcm; 10-45% through mesh 800 with particle diameter controlled at 20-10 mcm; 10-45% through mesh 1200 with particle diameter controlled at 10-5mcµm and the average particle size of calcium carbonate mineral powder is in the range of 20-45 mcm.
EFFECT: inorganic degradable plastic master batch material of the invention meets the requirements for degradation, has a higher mechanical strength and a faster decomposition rate than conventional plastic products, which can be applied to various environmentally friendly degradable products.
